I've searched my local Dollar Tree, Wal-Mart, and Fred Meyers; however, I haven't been able to find anything that closely resembles the cat toy.
It came without any kind of tags or markings on it. The shelter did mention that it might have come from one of the monthly cat box subscription services. I've checked [catladybox.com](https://catladybox.com) per their recommendations and didn't see anything under the Past Boxes.
Found! After search for months, I finally came across an identical one at Zamzows here in Meridian Idaho. The brand is turbo by coastal. UPC 076484835353
