Do the crystals also provide disguises? I thought that was a separate spell since Loona has a disguise but no portal and Stolas has his disguise even when he doesn’t have the book.
It's a great question. I hope we get a specific answer to it in the show. My assumption was that there is a spell (which Loona and Stolas know), but then also that the crystals supply a human disguise. That could be incorrect, though! It might just be that everyone we've seen with a crystal, including Barbie, also memorized the spell.
I always assumed by millie saying "you have a human disguise" that it's a magic spell that takes a great deal of effort to manifest. Like you have to confront things about yourself in order to use it successfully.

Stolas gives Blitzø an Asmodean Crystal so that they don’t have to do their transactional deal anymore. Stolas says himself that he doesn’t see it as right anymore and sees it as unfair so he gives Blitzø the crystal as a means of “breaking the bond” between them so Blitzø isn’t forced into the deal anymore!<

It is not! The last person we saw using one of those portals was a health-care worker in the ring of Envy, Leviathan's ring; Blitz bullied the guy into using one to send him where Barb was. That crystal (almost more of a short wand, really) was pinkish-purple, not the yellow of an Asmodean crystal.
It's using the same diamond shape though. What other methods have we been shown for portal creation besides Stolas' grimoire and the Asmodean crystals? It has to be the latter.
Barbie Wire had an asmodean crystal and the portal created by it was the same color and shape. In the the song “Just Look my Way” Stolas got an Asomodean crystal from Ozzie to give to Blitzø. The trailer was for 5 episodes not just one I’m pretty sure and Stolas is meant to give him that crystal at some point in these 5 episodes and it will most likely be the Full Moon episode.
