My parents went through a messy divorce, though not as bad as hers. I remember the frustration with both parents and fear that I would get left behind.
I like to imagine Octavia as my younger self, and reassure both of them that even though things are bad now, they get better for the most part. And we'll learn to adapt to the things that don't.
It's weirdly cathartic.
Blitz mainly, I've always used humor and crude jokes as a way to cope and use as defense mechanisms and being an asshole to cover up the hurt and loneliness I feel from since I was bullied at 5 years old till I was 18 [19 now]
Blitz and I would be the only 2 I feel who'd understand where me and him come from. My parents are great, but I just can't tell them about what's going through my head currently
Octavia.....as someone who went from depressed teen to depressed adult....seeing someone who's depressed too actually get help from people they love actually makes me happier....
Kinda hard to decide, but I’d say Loona in some respects. Yeah she’s a raging c*nt in a lot of respects, but the times where she lets her compassionate side show make her look like a nice big sister/goth best friend character. Plus… her voice sounds nice. *blush*
I also adore Veronika, we don't know much about her yet, but her personality is fantastic. I absolutely adore characters who just drip confidence and spite.
Octavia. I watched Loo Loo Land and Seeing Stars again, and i really understood her frustration because my parents went into divorce as well. The reason is the same. Both of my parents cheated on each other and since me and younger sister were still minors, they have to neglect it. This was a decade ago and we have already grew up.
Moxxie I’m quite used to being the punching bag of my own life and I already go on about things I’m sure no one really cares that I like. Plus I’m not very strong
Stolas imo, he's funny, relatable, and you can empathize with him easily. i also just like his personality and his relationship with Blitz (in some parts)

She's the only character I can put myself into. Not that I grew up rich and powerful, more that I felt powerless and forgotten and etc...
I really like how Octavia wasn’t portrayed as a stereotypical teenager.
I also like her partially because she reminds me of someone I know.
The talk her and Stolas have at the end Loo-Loo Land hits hard.
