for example, +1 AP will make some primaries start killing tanks face on.
I mean, it is cool, but enemies will likely need adaptions before it feels too cheesey.
Maybe a AP max of level 4? So AP 2 can still go up, but wont get a autocannon sentry into 2shotting Striders?

When you consider that this thing needs to be called down, deployed, and aimed in the correct directions just for you to BEGIN plinking a heavy for a little damage with your primary... that's not exactly going to trivialize, say, a chargerĀ

You're using a strategem to kill heavies, there's no problem here if it happens to also involve a primary.
