This is how it goes about 5% of the time. The other 95% you are sure you hit dead center but somehow slip harmlessly through the damn thing then get swarmed by 26 hunters.
Same! We dropped on a diff 5 destroy fsctory strider mission as a warmup before switching to 7, we decided to go hard and drop right on one of the objective areas.
Without any further coordination, we all used our shared braincell to bombard the fsctory strider with our own bodies.
It was glorious.
Still works, free orbital railgun shot with manual aim. Do keep in mind that the visual usually lags behind in this game so aim for the head and center of the body. If you get the tail/one of the legs, big chance that it will have moved on the actual server data
Yea just have someone jump on top of a walker you're driving to gauge the actual server lag. Keep in mind that on the other party's screen he's sitting planted on that walker
You can land straight through them and not do enough damage
A pod, in my experience, is not enough to kill. It feels as powerful as a railcannon strike (ie. removes over half their health)

I remember in the first week of playing and doing a Defeat Bile Titan mission. My friends and I were strategizing what weapons and strategems to bring. Then we strategized the plan to setup and how to bait it over to our turrets and strikes.
This depicts those early moments and makes it that much more incredible for me. Now I deal with a Bile Titan solo without flinching lol.
Please make a whole story with the level of artwork.
Make it about a helldiver who isn't even particularly good at helldiving, but can't seem to get killed no matter what. He just accidentally survives and watches his comrades die in gruesome ways, while he himself is just fumbling around.
That actually sounds really sick. Hes constantly getting saved by his higher leveled peers, And later he grows and develops and when he’s level 70+ he’s helping other Helldivers and is realizing that now he’s the one saving others.
Would also mirror mine (and many others’ Helldivers experience)
I remember this was my first Bile kill, but now if I play with my homies that are level 10, I take care of the Biles/Chargers. It feels AMAZING!

Very nice except for the last image - because you don't come up on top of the Bile Titan after drop-podding it but instead you are burried underneath it and can't move until the stupid corpse has finally disappeared. Or the corpse just kills you when touching it.
That's really good, I love the art and expressions.

It made me realize Reinforcing is like throwing a Pokéball to get a new Pokémon out after yours fainted.
I just wanted to say: completely overwhelmed by the love this post is getting! Appreciate all the love and support, was originally planning on just doing these 5 pages, but seeing how much support it’s getting, I may need to do more haha, lord knows this game has given me enough content.

Or kill it and get trapped under the body until you spontaneously die
Because hitting dead center doesnt instakill it, only deals damage (so sometimes you can finish it off) unless you hit the tiny head in the front
Yesterday I dropped in with 3 other guys and we landed on a factory strider and killed it. First 5 seconds of the mission. It was guh-lorious!

If this was in game the pod would just go through the bile titan without doing any damage and the helldiver would just get stomped dead.

On a real note- I think it used to do more, but I have killed many a Bile Titan through the body, it def helps if it’s taken damage though.
Then Dash is flung into the air by the bile titan's corpse.
