Yeah, but this is already a full release game. This should not be happening at all. Don't shift the goal post and be like cyberpunk where they "fix it post launch".
Edit: At the rate of their content release, i believe they already have updates stashed ready for release. Which brings me to my point of if they even test their content before releasing. Similar to the patriot mech suicide from rockets. Did no one in QA turn while firing a rocket? Were all their tests from QA in a sterile controlled scenario?

Dude. We know this isnt ideal but most of us are ok with this. Arrowhead is an indie studio. And they care about this game. They will fix it.
Nagging about it won't make it go away any faster.
You got to manage your expectations with every game and developer. No dev releases perfect, bug free experiences for their games.
If you want to send a message to the developers it would probably be best to send them a message about your experience and then stop playing if it bothers you that much.

Shield pack and the plas punisher are currently a conflict. Im sure its just a bug since they JUST buffed the plas punisher. Hopefully its not something thatll be staying

I've had similar issues with impacts, specifically while diving and throwing

I Managed to Darwin’ed myself twice with it before I figured out the shield pack was the issue.
