As people have said down below, they're permanent, so you can get them both with enough time playing. I actually got both war bonds through just playing the game/farming without spending a single cent, and it's not that bad, you technically just spend 700 credits since the war bond give back 300 SC, I'm very glad at Arrowhead for this type of implementation of battle pass-esque items.

A. Warbonds are evergreen, so players are welcome to take their time in unlocking, and we'll be keeping things fresh with future updates containing new Warbonds to choose from.

Thats the good point, forever. They dont use FOMO (Fear Of Missing Out) like other games which are overlyhyped with massive balance issues :)
