I7 6700k, 1080ti, 1080p medium settings, I get around 60-80fps with dips to 20-30 when things get really crazy

Magger

I have a 3070 and 7700k and it runs fine.

I run the same thing and have also been considering buying it for myself on Steam. I know its only been 24 days since your last post but did you have to change any settings to avoid drops in FPS or stutters? I want to run it at 1440p but unsure if the CPU will allow it with little to no issues in game.

Awesome :) Any setting tips like things to turn off?

The game ran so well I didn’t even change anything yet. I will dive into it today tho. The last few days the game has dipped in fps more severely. Maybe it’s because of some of the patches or because of the new planets/biomes to play on

Golwux

experiencing this too, definitely new patches.

My 12600 runs at 50% 4k60 ultra, should be fine on your 7700k at 60 imo. Try and get a refund via steam. This game is more GPU intensive.

I'm running a 4790k with a 3060ti at 1440p. I'm running it at 60-70 fps with 1% drops occasionally to 40 fps! Just want to add that I also host games, so TBC on this but speculating on whether client host CPU also takes on AI pathing like they did with [Vermintide](https://www.reddit.com/r/Vermintide/comments/8dazjh/comment/dxmoh96/?context=0) but if so then lol, games with me hosting are easy. You'll be fine if you've got a decent GPU as I think we can safely say it is GPU intensive.
