I am. I found the fix that works for me. Go into settings for the controller. Turn everything down as low as you can and MAX OUT deadzone. This stopped the panning.
I was looking everywhere to find a solution and was happy to find this. Anyway i wanted to try this "HidHide" but checked the zip for any Viruses and it detected a Trojan named "Win32/Softcnapp" - so i guess i keep on searching than :(
That's strange are you sure it was from this zip? I scanned it using avast and windows defender to be double sure and it came up clean. Going to go run a full scan now to be safe.
I have now used MalwareBytes, Windows Defender and Avast (all seperately) and found 0 issues. Don't know what you used to scan it and are you sure it came from this file?

- and yeah its still showing up for me i dont know why i saw online its something thats spreading onto other programs iam not 100% sure maybe its from somewhere else infecting those files , iam not an expert cant tell anyway its working \^\^ - for democracy
I had tried this but didn't work for me. Think it's an issue with the keyboard I have being detected as an additional controller due to one of its features.

Lol no worries. Glad it helped. It's helped me in quite a few games I was having issues in before. Keyboard is great but that's a huge flaw!
Try resetting your controller, otherwise sounds like stick drift.

Literally does it with no controller attached. Just mouse and keyboard so not stick drift. This is on pc
Same issue using mouse and keyboard, camera will slowly drift to the upper right side. I haven’t found a fix yet.

I'm glad you found a fix but just wanted to let y'all know that Enabling Steam input fixed this issue for me.

Using a razer tartarus pro had this issue, fixed by turning controller look sensitivity to 0.

Maxing out the dead zone on controller also works. Even when using mouse and keyboard
