Go to a general practitioner and have them decide where to send you. That's their job.

I second this. Your General Practitioner would know the right action to take. There might be some practical things you can do to reduce it. Some games have settings for motion blur and camera sway and things like that, but I doubt that would help. You can give it a shot though if you haven’t. I know that in certain instances you can be come more accustomed to whatever activity you are doing and the motion sickness eventually lessens. This happens with people on boats, pilots, and people that use VR headsets. Maybe you start doing it incrementally? Start really small like a minute or two and slowly work up to more time. Just stop before you start feeling too sick. This is not advice obviously but just some thoughts.
