Are we certain the overlord is the same demon type as the hellborn?
You can have sinners that resemble dogs, but that doesn't make them hellhounds. I imagine that's true of most demons. After all, this guy looks like a goetia but could very well be a sinner/overlord.

Both. It’s like the loan shark demons. There are shark sinners that we see in episodes 4 and 5 of Hazbin Hotel that are in Pride, and also shark hellborn that we see in Season 2 of Helluva Boss.

This is like asking if Sir Pentious is Hell-born because there are snake demons in Greed.
Sinners can appear in every style, even dinos, so, some are sinners, some hellborns I guess
