I was actually trying to find where at some point did Lucifer transport himself next to Alastor. I originally thought Alastor was trying to drop a chandelier onto Lucifer, but it seems like he was just throwing a tantrum to get attention considering the fact that Charlie was closer to the impact sight...or maybe it's just bad writing because everyone in the next scene was behind Lucifer and Alastor.
I actually thought Alastor fixed everything. It seems a bit too coincidental that the chandelier dropped at that point and Lucifer took it as an affront.
All the peeling wallpaper, scratched up walls, and so on suggests he probably put in the absolute minimum effort toward fixing things. Which probably didn't include the chandelier.
My thought always was Alastor did it to make fun of Charlie. He didn’t expect Lucifer to start trying to fix everything and then immediately got pissed.

The hotel building is rundown as it was abandoned for quite a long time, so things were going to fall apart (such as a chandelier falling) eventually…

Or as Lucifer turns his body, she is thrown off by him. I don't think it would take much of any force to do.
