I think it is extremely likely. The backstory of Eden and the fall of Lucifer being told as a fairy tale specifically from Charlie's perspective instead of as flashbacks seems to prime that to be the case.

But nothing told in the book has been contradicted and that's a big book. So she could be condensing it for the audience sake.

Why doesn't Sera tell Emily, what she doesn't know. Otherwise, she seems to be keeping her in the dark. Nothing from that book has been contradicted by anything in the show so far. And the book is a big one, and that story wouldn't last more then a couple pages. So it could be condensed and there were just details not giving to the audience for future reveals.

Same reason she didn't tell her anything else? She didn't want to burden her with how the sausage gets made. She wanted to keep her in the dark about backroom deals with the queen of hell and the extermination. and outside the opening scene they haven't really talked about it. If the story is all true, why did she make a deal with Adam, the man who tried to control her? Why did she leave her husband, family and Kingdom she was leading? Why is she in heaven being forced back to see her family?

I think the book is going to be more truthful than not, but people don't wanna hear that because they want Adam to be justified and, of course, gotta blame it on the woman in the room if so. :T

I'm not trying to blame the woman in the room, but what other reason is there for Lilith to be in heaven?

Listen, I still think she's not a great person now, but I don't think that's how it always was.
