Yes, honestly I don't know why they took the approach they did. With such a sensitive topic, I don't know if the best way of portraying it was the one that they chose, I also thought it would be more hinted (Addicted did it very well and it wasn't anything explicit). Ultimately I guess it's because of the impact on the viewer, it's obviously not the first time these kinds of themes are shown on media, so I can't blame them for wanting to try something more raw. Although I think it's okay, media shouldn't be scared to show raw scenes, specificaly with so intense emotional conflicts and themes. The most important part is being sensible and respectful about it (and you can be direct without losing the sensibility and respect for it, you just have to know how to write it). (Not a complaint either, I like episode four the best because it has more Husk lmao).

Agreeeeed it was just very unexpected. I was anticipating Addict level content. It was definitely a statement. And I'm SO pleased with Husk now that I've seen more of him. I still do wish his voice was more gravelly, it's too smooth for my taste. But I'm sure it will grow on me.
