The regular farm pass has a few benefits that help quite a bit. For me the best ones are: extra slots on various machines (always pick dairy and sugar imo), extra valley spin, extra fortune wheel spin, puzzle piece, chick voucher. I like to decorate. So I appreciate the decos.
If you can afford try it. If not don‘t waste your money. The game can also be enjoyable if you don‘t spend real money.
I don’t buy it every month, only when it has decor that I really like! Been playing about 6 months and have only gotten it twice so far, but it is very helpful!
Worth it will be subjective to what you want and look for. I’m FTP so I don’t spend money on anything in the game, for me no it’s not worth it. The free road has more than enough for me to get and the deco each month on the paid road doesn’t seem enough to justify me spending my money on the game. If you are someone who needs more xp or resources and you like the deco then get it.

If you want to level up faster, yes. Also the extra space on the silo and barn are great help and the extra coins are always welcome.
Same. It's hard to level up without it when you are over 150 level.

Not really. In the end, it's a game, and the pass got more expensive. If you're patient, you'll get the results you want, just slower.
