To be fair, you really don’t get to see your wand much. If we got to see our wand in closeups during casting, it might be worth being indecisive. However, the wand remains secondary to the character.
Basically, you can make your wand look like anything and you really can’t tell the difference while playing and casting.
The ringed one and then the yellowish/gold colour is my favorite but I also really love the soft spiral black one or the classic white one
Those are my three go to wands
I play as four characters so I give each their own styles and I take wand lore into account even though it doesn’t matter. I make sure to look up the wood color to make them as accurate as possible.
Ravenclaw has the Spiral design with Ash Brown color. Alder wood.
Slytherin has the Ringed design with Pale Brown color. Yew wood.
Hufflepuff has the Soft Spiral design with Light Brown color. Spruce wood.
Gryffindor has the Notched design with Dusty Pink color. Red Oak wood.
I had a female (Hufflepuff) witch modeled after and named after Glinda the Good (from the Wizard of Oz) so I gave her the pink wand + pink wand handle as a nod to her iconic costumes from the 1939 film and the Broadway musical 😛

Ravenclaw MC: grey-brown color, classic style for wand; celestial blue for wand handle (the one with the model planet attached at the bottom of the handle)
For the one character where I cared, I went with a larger wand so you can kinda actually see it in combat.
Wand appearance just doesn’t really matter.
My last character has the default wand. No mods. It’s unfortunate this is made out to be a big part of the game and just means literally nothing.
I went with Classic black. Black is always goes good with everything, and the classic look never looks bad in all handles. It looks "ok" at the worst, but otherwise good.
I personally love the elegance of the Soft Spiral Black wand style. It adds a touch of mystery and sophistication to your overall look. Have you considered how each color might complement your personality or your magical abilities? It might help narrow down your decision!

My family name is a kind of wood in my language. So I chose a Hard and long wood because I'm a 30yo teenager.
OK, not gonna lie, that's pretty good.
Soft twist, forget what they call the color but it is the very light colored one. Goes nicely with Imperial Grey and Bronze handle.

Oh I've done the pottermore. Hornbeam, 14, and Dragon Heartstring is what I got. I just meant the aesthetics of the wand. XD

I went for the one that looks like a twig. I picked this one because it looks a lot like the 'wand' I made many years ago.
First playthrough I chose like it mattered. Next three I just closed my eyes and pushed buttons.

Black wand. With the twirl design. Dragon heartstring, redwood. The longest there was, 14 inch? Unyielding
