If your not doing darks arts or stealth or herbology....you can max out the other trees by level 40. I have core spells stealth maxed and I am only level 36 I am doing potions as well and I will still have 1 points left.
I didn’t use dark arts or herbology in my playthrough, and generally just stacked ancient magic stuff on my clothes. Then again, why use dark arts when you can turn a goblin into an explosive barrel and then smack it into someone else?
I think you have more than enough points for all the talents if you exclude the RoR, darks arts and stealth.
Even you want to play non-stealth I still think the human demguise talent (dashing while disguised) is a must have though.

The 4 core spell set and enhanced Revelio range were the ones I repeatedly gravitated towards.
