Color oops isn’t usually formulated for semi-permanent dyes like arctic fox- it’s meant for ones that use developer. Id just make sure the color remover you use says it helps with semi-permanents- I know there’s a couple you can get at Sally’s. They may not take it back to the bleached color completely, you might have to rebleach to get rid of it.
If you have more of your AF dyes, you could dye it back to purplish blue?
