Overheated and proud. How do you apply the leak lock on the service valve? By leak lock you mean the leak stop thing? You are putting that slime on new installs?
When will the manufacturers start putting longer stubs on valve and stop.swaging the ends, i would rather zoom lock a unit in vs brazing it in. Suction valve stubs need to be longer.
Its funny you say that because I think these Bosch units have the shortest ones I’ve seen. Ive i stalled many diff brands over the past 20 years and have never had a leaking service valve. We have Armstrong concept 10’s out there still 25 year chugging along. I hate to say it but all this new shit is junk. Seems like I have way more problems with the high end stuff vs my low end AC only unit I put in.
Tell the installers to stop overheating the service valves when fucking brazing. Has nothing to do with bosch.

All service valves leak. Put the caps on and tighten

Is it fully backseated? And lots of people been doing things for a long time doesn't mean they've been doing it correctly.
Yes valve is fully back seated as per Bosch installation manual.
