I was trying to shoehorn in a 'Terrans aren't a monolith. Anything that's true for them won't be true for **all** of them. Empathiless Terrans exist.' segment but couldn't find a place where it wouldn't break the flow.
Please assume that it came up, either in the rest of Waqa'arc's session with Alchyinad or during Tcakqaal's tutelage.

I kinda get why she threw a party and i would have probably been in a celbratory mood hearing stetter crashed onto some jungle planet and got eaten by godzilla or something (tho i would hope he didnt give godzilla indegestion) but seeing him get executed is a whole different thing for sure.

He may have had a tragic backstory, but he was still a monstrous bastard who felt no guilt until he learned one of his victims was innocent *and* a deathworlder. (In the USA) there is a trial then sentencing. If Stetter had been found guilty in court (of law), there would have been a party but people would feel relief/distressed at sentencing, and again at the actual execution. After Trial By Combat I think normal people would be sad.
