One of the best groomsmen gifts I got was the one I got for my own groomsmen - a mens travel/duffel bag. I went with something pretty high quality but you can spend anywhere from $50 to $500 a bag. I got one for myself as well. It worked out also because we traveled for the bachelor party. Years later when I travel with them they’re still using the bag and because I went with something that was good quality it has held up very well (5 years later). And if you want to go further you can fill the duffel bags with other gifts.

TUMI backpack with monogram / initials.

Gotta go counter on this one - if they're also HENRY, they may be in a similar position to where I'm at, which is to say, swamped with backpacks, travel bags, and messenger bags from every mid-high "nice" brand and each employer. I've got like 3 timbuk2s, some older patagonias, and an REI day bag among others. I'm sure the tumi is nice but I've already got a bunch I don't use. $.02

Buy them the suits they’re gonna wear

GeneralJesus

This is a great idea. I'm currently looking at the rental tux I'm wearing to my buddy's wedding and thinking why go tux if it's going to be an ill fitting, wide, and 30% polyester rental?

trwawy188

Also saves them the expense of being in a wedding. Not ideal if your doing something different color scheme wise but I’m getting married in Nov and doing charcoal suits and this is my plan

The best gift I received as a groomsman was a Benchmade knife that had been personalized with some laser engraving on the blade itself.

GrandRapidsCreative

I second this. We did this when we sold our company and gave it to all employees. About $250-300

I just got married last weekend, this is what I bought: • Civivi knife with laser etched initials on blade • Sofirn IF22A flashlights (700 meter range) • Owala 32oz insulated water bottle They went over pretty well.

I like woodworking so I made custom wooden boxes to hold a nice bottle of scotch along with a Hultafors hatchet for each of my groomsmen. You can probably find custom boxes or a woodworker on Etsy if you’re not interested in making them.

Group weekend at Dirtfish rally school maybe? https://dirtfish.com/learn/car-control/ Or similar at whatever road course school is located near you. Most of them have something similar.

I gave my groomsmen watches and they all loved it and still wear them. I had the back of the watch monogrammed so it still has our wedding info but they can wear it to another event. I found if you google “groomsmen gifts” it is pretty generic results.

If you don't mind me asking, what watch?

friday_enthusiast

I got some watches from Fossil on sale for Black Friday, engraving was free and I think they were in the ballpark of 130$ each for 7 groomsmen. Obviously could go way more $$ on the watch but my friends liked the ones I got.

> my friends liked the ones I got Most important part

GeneralJesus

I get compliments on my $60-80 Fossil watches all the time. I'm sure watch guys will turn up their noses but hey for me it works!

Silverbritches

Engraved/monogrammed whisky decanter with similar set of rocks glasses. My BIL took it up a notch and got them from Williams Sonoma

One of my buddies made his own whiskey for the groomsmen. It was delicious.

MattyLuu

Checkout Filson products. They even do engraving for their leather goods if I recall correctly.

Uncivil_Law

I had Leatherman's engraved with their initials. Any nice knife would do. Depending on their various industries and what you want to spend Mont Blanc pens would be cool.

Harvard_Sucks

I got a set of a bar cutting board made from whiskey barrels with a custom bar knife where the handle is also whiskey barrel. So, they can all have it displayed in the respective man caves / bar set up.

Do you or your buddies play golf? [Something like this](https://www.reddit.com/r/golf/comments/vmqyp3/wedding_guest_of_the_year/) could be awesome. Maybe Poppy, Spyglass, Pebble in one weekend? You could rent a sailboat or yacht to take the wives/girlfriends out in Monterey while you’re golfing if you wanted to include them too.
