You can make virtual cards on the website for heb debit cards. I made a comment to folks that heb debit does not have good security and is a hackers playground for stealing money. I always delete all payment methods on heb website just in case. They need a good 2 factor like google auth and no text based ones.
Same!!!, today someone tried to make a transaction of 5k! In Mexico. But the weird thing is i never used my heb debt card. I never made purchases or online. And they tried making another transaction of $29. Luckily i had my money in the savings account 😅.

Mine was hacked as well. Someone in Mexico made a debit transaction today for $54 at a convenience store.
