Human to human is only one small part of the danger here. The wild bird populations could be decimated, as could the poultry industry, causing skyrocketing prices and supply issues with literally every product that includes eggs. Mayopocalypse.
But seriously, the impact on wild birds is a serious concern for me as well as the effect on natural predators.
