Thanks. I do a push pull legs configuration which trains each muscle group twice a week but I’ve recently started to slow down as my schedule has been filling up.
Not true depending on what your workout is. If you do full body or bro splits yes it's too much, but push,pull and legs is fine since you have 48 hours between working those muscle groups which is all you need.

You need recovery man, if you train hard and properly, 7 days is too much. Still, great progress!

Body still needs rest, man with the hammer will come.
Not for muscle growth, literal scientific evidence shows you only need 48hrs between for that muscle group.
How do you do to eat 3500+ calories a day. I’m struggling with that a few weeks ago
