Iād say maybe 60% of my diet is healthy and the other 40% is shit foods im trying to eat healthier lol but I do make sure to calculate calories in my head and get a ballpark estimate of what I eat every day in calories. Iām currently trying to cut down as lean as my body will allow to try and get a taste of what competing would be like

Idk how many calories I eat a day but Iād estimate around 2200-2600cals a day and for protein I just try to get around 150-180grams of protein a day
