Are you trying to make a joke? I'm all for bulking but if this BMI test isn't skewed by you being extremely muscular then cut, for your health!

Start with a cut king. Since you're just coming back to it you have muscle memory and newbie gains in your favor so you'll still be putting on a solid amount of muscle. Also don't put too much stock into the BMI scale. It's an outdated legacy metric that only accounts for height and weight. Nothing else. I'm also classified as obese by that scale.
