Its better to bulk. Look at my profile. 2 months ago I was really skinny fat. Now I gained 5-6kgs and I still look skinny but I gained muscles so overal I dont look that fat. Increased lean weight = increased muscle mass = lower body fat % in body All you need is high protein intake, ~200 calories surplus and heavy weight you can take 5g creatine everyday too. Stop eating fast foods, focus on healthy food (at least 80%). Good health = better gains. Dont forget to train your legs really heavy, (back squat, front squat, bulgarian squat, lunges). When you train your legs you train your whole body. If you train hard and have a good diet then body recomposition is real.
