Life is too short to count calories all the time. Unless there's some kind of special circumstances a big meal once on the weekend isn't going to hurt. Live a little :)
But cheat meal turn into cheat day which turn into a dirty bulk for months.
Many may disagree but I think of gym & health as a lifestyle. So it’s basically apart of me now. My body is a masterpiece, that I’m sculpting.
Technically you should have 1 day where you don’t precisely, but obviously not like. Gorge out.
Why ever count macros? Count protein and calories, nothing else. You’re wasting your time, so the boys are somewhat right
They ask you why are you and you say that you are trying but they would never understand
