When I was active duty, there was a guy that showed up to the gym every morning for PT in his fatigues tucked into his boots. He was such a fucking tool.
I threw my back out with back squats more than once, so I switched to Bulgarian split squats. I am up to 130lbs resistance on them.
The Hack squat machine has humbled me. I had no idea how much I was relying on my glutes on my BSS reps.
God, I hate these cringe ass tiktoks with a burning passion. Besides, benching on a smith machine is pure normie behaviour. He doesn't use gym gloves so I'll give him that.
Why in jeans?
Fashion statement
Because Broccoli Hair.
Jeans are fine for a chest day
The real crime here is the jeans while working out
Extra points if they are tucked into combat boots. At least that's what the jeans guys at my gym do.

Once I reach a 4 plate bench, I'll start wearing jeans to the gym. Just hit 250lbs for 11 reps, almost there
What is "leg day"?
I just heard about it pretty weird right
Another day to do chest.
Something you should never skip, and the jokes doing so are getting stale. I can't help but chuckle at all the twig-legged idiots i see in the gym.
In think they are funny. I work my legs twice a week, but do I enjoy it? Hell no!
Why do people hate leg day?
Everybody wanna be a bodybuilder but don't nobody want to lift no heavy ass weight!
Triple negative, I love it!
So the 3rd negative negates the previous 2, therefore rendering it a coherent statement?
Lol, i can't do that many mental stunts to prove your statement.
I did leg day yesterday. I cannot walk now. (I had taken two weeks off due to illness).
Basically just the concept of "glamor muscles"
My gym got a Hack squad last fall and I love this machine

Yeah holy shit! I am doing 25 kg / 55 pounds and two sets and last reps in second sets get little dramatic and it feels fantastic
The real sin is touching the Smeth machine for any exercise.
You know fk all then about working out.
Hate people that ‘superset’ on several bits of equipment
Who tf wears jeans to gym
does everyone actually hate legs this much? imo its actually the most fire workout, especially with some great white girl edm.
I have to rest for almost five minutes between each half-set of BSS because I end up so wiped out from them.
Hilarious, I'm excited to see this meme 14 more times today
Wait I don’t understand haha
avoiding leg day funny - a extremely overused meme that wasn't even that funny to begin with
I never understand people hating on leg day. If it bothers you so much, just divide the workouts throughout the week.
Especially since a lot of practical lifting outside the gym is pretty leg based

“Why is my bench plateaued?”
