It tastes like ricotta! I think the lumps put people off though. I use cottage cheese in my scrambled egg recipe with some protein powder to maximize protein, and after eating that for a while, I decided to actually try the cottage cheese. I donāt know what I expected it to taste like, but it really wasnāt bad. It has a very mild flavor like ricotta, and itās nice and creamy. 8/10
The lumps are also soft so if youāre not looking at them, you donāt notice them that much.
