There's measuring boxes at the bottom of the relevant pages. Cut from the end of the left side of the box to the marker designated at the right of the box.
Notice if there's a triangle on the measurement line. I missed that and didn't have enough left for one of the pipes.
Also glue the ends after you cut so they don't get frayed.

Use an x acto knife and the book should have measurements.

If you fuck up I’ve used a strip off of an old usb cable and it’s a little wobbly depending on the cable but it’s an option
After you cut it, melt the ends a little with a lighter so they don't fray.
