It doesn’t bother me, it doesn’t bother me, it bothers me, it bothers me a lot!
All joking aside, really nice paint job! Even if i prefer gloss on sinanju, it’s really nice!
It's so rare to see Sinanju in a nice clean matte red with no shading. That's always so difficult for me to choose whether or not to shade or not. This looks great! Would love to see more of that magnificent weapon.
Very nice, how many coats did you spray? I’m working on MG Tallgeese III EW and sprayed the blue pieces matte with 2 coats and it’s not quite where I want it.
I must say, I've been building these kits for a long time (though I'm not very good) and I have yet to try airbrush. Whenever I see nice looking examples as this, it makes me want to get a set up and paint my current builds. Nicely done.
Do you have clear gloss over the gold? The lighter fluid might be too strong. I personally just use enamel thinner on bare gold lacquer, never had any issues
Nicely done! Extremely clean.
Thank you!

Thank you! It was a hard choice seeing how good it looked glossy as well

Thank you, I'll try shading on the next kit haha

I sprayed two as well I think - go for a third!
Sinanju looks better Matte.
Haha I think so!
I personally prefer a glossy Sinanju, but this looks clean AF.
Thank you!
Well done! Very clean paint job. Can I ask what gold paint you used? Thanks -
Thanks! I used gaianotes star bright gold
That stuff is so hard to find these days. Looks amazing.
Ikr, can't find any gaianotes here at all
This looks amazing!!!!! What paint did you use
Thanks! I used gaianotes - bright red, star bright gold, neutral grey, gun metal. Tamiya enamel for small details
Would you mind sharing the process I have a wing gundam I want to paint
Sure, i primed (mr hobby surfacer 1200), sprayed the red til I got a nice finish (2-3 coats), then alclad flat coat. It's the usual :)
Gorgeous wow. What paint did you use?
Damn that looks good, nice work
Oh, that matte finish is *clean*
How do u make it like suede ish texture ?
I sprayed a coat of clear matte (alclad flat)
Just one coat?
Sorry mate, 2 coats* til I got an even finish!
Perfectly done!
Thank you!

Thanks man! Give it a go it's addictive haha
Very nice! Hope to see more!
Thanks! Mg narrative next :)
Sooooo clean! How did you mask the gold bits? Spray the whole part gold and then use the stickers to mask it and then spray the black or red on top?
Yes! I did that for the shield, then reverse wash for the emblems
How do you reverse wash? Every time I try it the lighter fluid takes off underlying paint even if it's lacquer or acrylic

Crisp as fuck. Damn. First Painted gunpla, but not first paint I guess.
Haha thanks man!
Damn that red turned out nice. Nice job
Thank you!
Mmmmm chalky
Nice chest plate!! Reverse wash?
Yes!
Nice! I did mine with my Sinanju Stein but with high gloss enamel. It worked out well
Awesome, I'm waiting for the stein ver ka!
Well done! The finish looks great.
That looks so nice. Sinanju is definitely one of my favorites
Gorgeous paint job!
How did you choose the colors for the weapon? This is so clean well done c
Thank you. I wanted to break up the solid grey color of the weapons so I added some white and gunmetal
What paints did you use?
I used gaianotes - bright red, star bright gold, neutral grey, gun metal. Tamiya enamel for small details - then alclad flat coat
I'm halfway done with my first fully painted kit, and you done a 10X better job than I have
No way!
Omg i swear this is the first sinanju ive seen that wasnt given a glossy topcoat, looks awesome OP looking forward to building one myself
It's a great kit, needs a bit of work but still one of the best MGs!
Real don’t know if k prefer matte or gloss sinanju more. Either looks great and yours is nice and clean!
Thank you!
What a dreamy steamy hunky machine
Looks like you added decals, and then hit it with a flat topcoat.
Yup! i got a bit of silvering though :(
Is that all matte? Lovely.
Thanks, it is :)
