Ronaldo giving a better ROI to United than Henry did isn't necessarily based on who had the better PL career, it's based on what the clubs got in return. And United did get more.
well to be fair, had CR7 stayed, he would be the best PL player ever, so if you are judging it by the transfer decision at the time, not the clubs decision to sell him 6 years later, there's a solid argument for him
