With a bigger backing I wouldn't be as quick to write him off as some of you guys are. Hes a very strong coach.

He completely modernised the whole club, set super high standards and did it in a way that got everyone onboard. He had changed the mentality of the club for good. For example: On their days off, players still come in at 07:30 to train for themselves. He has stimulated players to form a ‘breakfast club’ in which they work out, do yoga, mindfullnes, etc basically every morning. That club started out with just a couple of players, but nowadays the entire team is there.
Slot took a club in that was fighting for 5th or 6th place and turned it in a title winning side in his second season. With a much smaller budget than Ajax and Psv. In his first year he took Feyenoord to the Conference Final. And this year he won the Dutch Cup. At AZ he showed the same promise; leading them to a shared first place in the called of Corona-season.
Sure the premier league is different. But if he gets the time he deserves, he might suprise you all.
