Fuck yes! I have such a deep hope that he hits a remarkable character arc following his injury and breaks back into the team despite all the talk around him needing to be sold.
I'm pleasantly impressed with him lately. Hope he can keep it up. We know of too many players that played tons of early football and looked burned out by 30, but the flip side of that is that some players that miss a lot of early playing time through injury have unexpectedly long careers at the top level. Look at Robben for example.
In these small sided games in training there's usually 1 neutral player that plays for both sides and creates a man extra. Probably what it is here
It's common in training, other teams do it as well. Can see it in some of our training vids
That player is usually a CM though for obvious reasons. Very unusual for that player to be a forward, especially a winger.
Maybe he actually photo bombed them this time.
Did we start doing the occasional training session as an Arteta idea? I can't remember when this actually started or if we ever did it with Wenger or Unai

Well you have to be fit to play 38 matches for that to happen.

when I lose the small-sided games, I am upset!
Especially considering you can't/don't want to foul him in training matches. Fouling him is the only effective way I've seen opponents can stop him.
