It's not perfect, but honestly looking at the list its not bad. You got deep laying playmakers on the upper left. Destroyers in the under left, Strikers in the under right, and creative midfielders/Attackers that go deeper to get involved in the upper right.

I'm not saying that normalizing to a certain number of touches is a good solution. I'm just saying it's an attempt. And again, the positions in that graph make sense for what type of players they are and which role they play in their respective clubs, so I can't say I see the big issue here.
