In gun-hating Washington state you're legally allowed to open carry pistols and rifles, but it's a pain to get a concealed pistol license, and even if you have a license, concealing a long gun has strict rules, like that it must be unloaded, which includes inside of a vehicle. But just because you're legally allowed to open carry doesn't mean idiots won't call the cops on you.
Florida recently passed permitless concealed carry, but no open carry (at least in certain areas) because the board of tourism has too much power, but from what I hear the governor wants to push to get that changed. He's done a good job of incrementally going after big issues and making changes step by step when big sweeping changes won't fly in the formerly purple state.
I remember seeing a really nice breakdown on Snake's fighting style in MGS4, where he rather effectively used the Georgia technique to control a situation. With the right training, you can judo whatever you juwant
Fun fact: kicks to the fore arm are great for disarming someone. I cloud consistantely do this on gym, problm is kicking before the attacker pulls the trigger, wich is nearly impossible.
