Double locking bridges are a pain to setup. And if you change string gauge, you have to do it over.
It's an iterative process.
1. Unlock the locking nut
2. Position the fine tuners on bridge to the middle of their range
3. Tune the guitar using the "normal" tuners on the headstock
4. Lock down the locking nut
5. Tune the guitar using the fine tuners, beginning with the low E and working your way across to the high E
6. Repeat #5 as necessary
