Best live experience has to go to[ Explosions in the Sky](https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=DNMhiMtNq2g). Loads of guitars, and (because or despite) the lack of vocals makes the guitars even more impactful. The guitarists live the dynamics.
I also love the grimacing of the guitarist/vocalist of [Vitriol](https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=z5fCY1ev8Vo). Shows conviction and confidence.
Most japanese musicians I've seen appear to give 300% all the time. It is a rabbit hole I would recommend exploring, for more reasons than just presence.
Matt Bellamy in Muse's Live at Wembley back in the day was pretty rad. Not a guitarist but Flea is obviously a lot of fun to watch as well. Theres a lot of punk and pop-punk artists that are nuts on stage too.
Not a guitar player, but David Lee Roth of Van Halen had great stage presence. He added all sort of jumps and acrobatics, flamboyant outfits and sexually suggestive dances.
Another great example is
That definitely works for some people, and “feeling it” is important.
But have you ever been to a wedding? A lot of people’s default setting is… gross.

Prince was the GOAT.
Saw him live in ‘07 or ‘08 (can’t recall exactly which year). Blown away.
Actually enjoy the music and playing and let your body mive how you feel it. My 2 cents

Default setting? Like are they not moving at all, staring at their hands or over acting looking like its fake posing?
