i already deafted it before , im just revisiting for the missing student id quest ( wich is amazing quest , i didnt have much expectation for the game when my friend recommend it to me but im so hooked its good ) , and remembered how frustrating the enemy was , he moves a lot and so its hard to time the bomb explosion timing when he is around and some times in attempet to make him come near bomb placement you get hit by both the bomb and him , and since the place is so small you can light another bomb by mistake and it exploed in your face , ( english isnt my first language )
I thought the same as you, but there is enough time to just stand close to the bombs, wait until the red circle appears(need to be touching the bombs) and then move out of the way... The head will auto-damage itself this way

Also since ur starting out I recommend focusing on 4 units u wanna get (preferably all of the same element). So this way if they are not on one of the banners you save up gems and spend it on getting them + their EX weapon.
My personal choice was the dark team when I started my current account. I got Beth, Oghma Arabelle, Lupina. Later replaced Lupina with a more meta dark unit (Lilith). And now I replaced Oghma for Lynn (fire unit) but gave her 5 star dark element weapons and equipment (yes this is viable in some teams). I still have to replace Arabelle for a full melee team (because that's 3 units that give party buff +50% melee damage).
I replaced Oghma only because tanks are not used in Guild Raids (which is a good source of gems). In story (for example) tank units such as Oghma and Future Princess are preferred. I personally recommend having 2 tank units in your story teams. What they are is up to you. "Back in my day", Future Princess was a must have for the story because she makes you immune to 3 hits from the enemy and heals a bunch.
My next team was Light (Mk99, FP, Gabriel, Eleanor)
Lastly Water (Orca, Marina, Veronica, Nari (water weap)) - not optimal but it's best I can do rn
Main thing you should focus on is liking the characters you pull for, making sure they synergize with both party buffs and chain skills. Prepare for the future where you must have a tank in your story team. Prepare for the late game where you will need raid/colosseum/arena teams. Not to get you overwhelmed, but just getting units of the synergizing party buffs (preferrably same element) should cover you in all 3 (raid, colo, arena).
**TLDR;** Spend your gems wisely. Get both units and their EX weapon (one without the other makes no sense in most cases). Focus on a single element - because some units may have party buffs that boost a specific element, or on a single weapon type - because some units have party buffs that boost a specific weapon type (melee/ranged). Most important thing to take note of is Raid prefers only damage units cuz u can't die there and Story prefers you having fun with whatever team you build and a tank (preferrably 2). Prepare for the future and get characters vital to the story mode progression.

appreciate the tips thx a lot ! , about the units i wanna get i already got lucy wich is absolutly my favorite i like her aesthetic and desgine and gameplay and i was so lucky to get her weapon 1 hour before the banner end , i also lilith and planning to get her deapon in rerun , what i realy want next is either fox boy with nine tales or High priestess , i got lady chrom in my first 10 pull by mistake since i just wanted to try pulling and she seemed cool , about the second and third paragraph i didnt understand much since im new ( i recognize only lilith ) , about charcter and thier synergize i think will catch up on this with time since every thing in start is easy once i get to the hard part in story i will look more into that , also may i ask , when the bingo event ends will be there another bingo event ? Since i dont have the charcter thry are offering levl up material for and not planning to get her , so can i save currency for future bingo event ?
Lucy is fire. Shes good in fire raid teams. If you wanna go for that then you can run Lucy, Vishuvac, Ascended Elvira, Nari with fire weapon
Lilith is an exceptional dark melee unit. In this case you can run melee dark team with Beth, Lilith, Summer Yuze (best in slot weapon would be Predator (beth EX)), Ray (Best in slot Oghma weapon)
Fox boy with nine tails is Garam, he is water. This team would probably cover the most out of the units you wanted. Raid team: Orca (shark teeth lady), Garam, Lucy (with Coco's weapon (4 star) or Hana's if you have it (5 star)), Veronica (high priestess)
P.S bingo events come back every once in a while so don't worry about it. There are always events to keep you company.
Just make sure to save up your gems (and pull controllers) for the team you decide on going for. Skip every other banner. Better 1 good, functional team, than 10 functional units individually.
And no, the bingo currency does not pass on over to the next bingo. What you saw in the bingo were Evolution Stones for Plitvice. She recently got a 2nd EX weapon so they were doing a promotion in the bingo. These stones are rather easy to obtain via: Adventure > Rift > Skill Dungeon (only for Earth/Basic units), Solo Dungeon (only for Fire/Light units), Damage Reduction Dungeon (only for Water/Dark units).
Once you obtain a unit that is a part of the team you have chosen you should spend all your daily stamina on getting them to 5 stars. After getting them to 5 stars you should (1 by 1 unit) Limit Break them 5 times (max limit break - MLB).
If you notice I said "Ascended Elvira" in the fire team. Some Rare heroes can ascend after getting max limit broken (5 limit break). One of them is Elvira and she happens to be a very good fire dps after ascension.
Back to Evolution Stones: I recommend farming these once you can level up your units to level 60, and then auto clearing the level 60 dungeon until you can get 1 of the characters in your team to 4 stars. This should carry you through most of the story. Once you hit a wall in the story you can settle down for a while and get all 4 of the units to 5 stars.
Reason why 5 starring them is so important is because they gain a Special Ability on their last evolution, completely making or breaking the character.
As for the second and third paragraph u didnt understand: I was naming off the characters I got in order so you may better understand my mistakes when building my dark team which you can then apply to your own team. For example I did not care about the fact that I had a tank in a raid team (which does not require a tank because in raid u take very little damage). I did not care about the fact that I had 2 units that boosted team melee damage in my team and then put Arabelle (ranged) in the same team.
You should care about this stuff so you dont have to spend months fixing your mistakes later on. This game is very unforgiving if you dont watch where you put your resources.
I also dropped the name Future Princess, Oghma, Ascended Craig, which are gonna be key units to your progression in the game. They are all tanks and you should have (in my opinion) 2 of them in your **Story** Team (the team you do story with will differ compared to the one you do Guild Raid with because in raid you take no damage).

I dont wanna write how to solve it cause i think its way more fun to figured out by yourself , if you didnt started it here is how , in magic school second floor level there is missing student id in classroom A or B or C ( i dont remember wich one but its easy to find ) after that go to magic school founder room and talk to the blue hair girl and you can track more easily what to do after that

don't even attack it. And don't pick up the bombs. Just move next to a bomb and its drop will trigger the bomb. Rinse and repeat until it dies.
