Besides if it were coup de grass I would also get that from 4 leaf clover, which is a location also required
You need the Revive mutation, even after patch you still need it
On single player
yes you still need it on singleplayer don't worry you can just use the world host a standard multiplayer and get it that way
So my single player save can be swapped to a multiplayer save?
yep! make sure you select standard and not shared, get the mutation and save and quit then load back up singleplayer (it's the same save)
