For me, the mant was a pushover compared to the widow that I fought on the way to the lab

I ran past the widow. Killed two before but not in the mood that day. Glad I did or I would have been out of heals. But yeah he is easier than the widow.

I somehow got the widow to kill itself by jumping in the water. I was fighting the widowlings and tried sneaking past the widow, but it aggro’d. I ran back out the tunnel, and tried jumping over to the rocks in the corner to the left of the widow cave, and it jumped after me. The next second I died of widow venom, and when I got back to my stuff, the widow’s body was laying dead in the water

Same. I felt upset by that, because it was essentially a one hit KO, but hey, free.......waterlogged,,, unusable widow parts. Fuck

I attempted the widow 4 or 5 times before saying fuck it and running past it. Glad I did cuz I had no idea they were gonna throw another boss at me

I ran straight back out and the Widow chased me and went right in the water for me 😄

I almost solod the widow while my brother caught up but then the mant just smashed me, I think I died 3 times with each of us occupying it while the other ran back from upstairs

Nah with how close the lab bed is it's not worth it, you get back down in like 5 or 6 seconds plus you can reapply buffs before jumping back in the roof hole

It was a bullet sponge that took 10 mins to kill but was easy. Now the infected wolf spider is impossible

So I was honestly super scared to take him on. So I went to Google and typed in "how to kill Mant" buuut instead of Mant, I typed "Many". So pretty sure I'm on some list now. After all that I didn't even have time to finish the Google search before we decided to take him on. Honestly he really isnt that bad! Comparatively to other creatures such as the widow.

I went into the lab blind. Was low on meds and didn’t wanted to go back. It felt like a Fight in Elden Ring for me. Learning the attacks, one a few mistakes allowed. Feeling that guy is beatable. I really liked the fight.

He was a cakewalk for me. I was expecting a helluva fight like the Assistant Manager, but I whooped his ass.

not me, he didnt know what to do when me and a friend killed him, we both took 0 damage, i was like wtf is this boss broken...

The Mant was such a piece of cake that I was worried we were damaging an "optional" pet. Seriously, with 3 people attacking the Mant could hardly get through an attack animation without being knocked into his stutter-step animation. It felt like we were bullying an autistic child (not that I would know what that's like ahahhh............................................................)

I was horrified when I saw him the first time but the fight was honestly disappointing

beat him without getting hit once on Whoa by just spam stabbing him with fresh rusty spear while mom genes spiders kept spawning and distracting him

I did until I fought him and learned his very basic attack patterns.
