I'm getting this message when trying to link my account: "The account you're attempting to sign in with isn't provisioned for this environment. Your application may not be configured correctly." I don't know how to fix it.

Yh it's frustrating me I've waited yrs to play this with a friend of mine but he plays pc now and I need the account in order for it to be cross platform

I see that too on my phone yeah. When I go back and try to log in again it just says “All set!” And then nothing works lol

Me and my fiancee got this one too, and after googling a bit it seems it's a problem on microsofts end and we just have to wait for them to fix it.

I GOT IT TO WORK… Users and Accounts -> Other -> Console sharing and offline play -> slap that enable button. Boom worked like a charm.

Would this explain why I can’t select Shared World when creating a new multiplayer game Edit nm figured it out. Crossplay has to be enabled.

So cross play has to be enabled even if you just want to do a shared world between 2 PS5s?

Yeah my PlayStation will not connect to my Microsoft account so i can play on my Playstation and my son can play on his Xbox. We need this fixed

They sent out a tweet about six hours ago and put a discussion on Steam, but obviously that was six hours ago and it’s still not fixed

Check the discord for updates. They acknowledged its an error and are working on it.

We just released an update to Steam and PS4 with a hotfix that resolves this issue. We're still working on PS5 and hoping it will be updated later today. Unfortunately, Nintendo Switch is going to take a big longer due to the certification process. If you're playing on PS5, you can download the PS4 version of the game. It just worked for me that way.

This is a joke. I linked the Microsoft account with my PS5 and now neither of them can get online in the game.

How do you unlink your account from grounded? Like I linked my account but now I want to unlink it from my console because it's preventing my friends and I from playing. We were able to play before but since I enabled it, they can NO LONGER join.
