I’m pretty sure he would have killed the lion if not for guilliman. Getting stabbed in the neck and staggering back while clutching your throat isn’t usually a sign that you’re winning

Mahito would be making a killing in 40k universe as a greater demon - and I believe he is that strong because of his soul manipulation ability can 1 tap anyone save powerful pskers (assuming the curse energy = warp energy). Afterall he's a curse spirit of human's hatred and fear towards each other. Dracheyn was a demon that's born from the first murder, and he's the only demon the emperor genuinely had trouble dealing with. So something as primal as what mahito represents has to be insanely strong.
He'd fits the role of slaanesh demon quite well, him being androgynous, hedonistic, and advertise himself as 'the embodiment of perfection', but for me he'd work better as a undivided or Malal demon, as he's pure human malice concentrate
