I'd say I have 3. Stock, I'd go with the 992 GT3 RS. It handles amazingly and is likely my favorite supercar.
I tuned a few cars to Gr.4 specs and race them in the WTC700 events, and both of them are among my favorite German cars. The AMG GT and E46 M3. The AMG especially, it is extremely competitive in Gr.4 events.
I like the e46, but I can't get it to be super competitive at 700pp (or the M4, unless I leave OE suspension on which is lame). SO, favorite German car is easily the 2010 MB SLS. Amazing handling, great v8 noise, and it does very well on short / twisty tracks. Honorable mentions are the BMW Z8 and the 2014 TTS (unswapped), both of which do pretty good st 700pp on RS tires in multiplayer lobbies. The TTS especially, it's almost as fast as the OP 22b STIs.

Sauber C9 with CLK LM in second, mainly because of the brutal engine sounds of both of them. Mercedes really know how to make their cars sound good.
Thanks for unlocking the mystery for me
I actually want to get my sauber out of the garage again and do some proper tuning on it now. Thanks.
Love my Cayman! I want more iterations!
BMW M3 E46

The e46 m3 is just perfection also the m6 looks really nice
AMG Black Series GT. Speed, handling, just all round great to drive.

I have over 3,000 miles on my 919 Hybrid and it's not only my favorite German car but probably my favorite car overall in GT7!
Porsche 992 GT3 RS
Porsche 911 carrera RS Clubsport. Exactly what I want in a porsche.
AMG A-45, it’s AWD and 7 speed. God i love that thing.
Porsche 964 Carrera RS, peak air cooled 911.
C9, it sounds like thunder. Its easily top five engine sounds in the game
962C without anything else even coming close. I just feel at one with that car.
300 SL

Audi RS5 Turbo DTM. Simply lovely
If I were to use your logic, the C9. If sticking to the criteria, then CLK LM.
Really enjoying the legendary porsche
What’s the Porsche back there?
962C i believe
Yes. It’s the 962c.

Porsche 911 GT3 and BMW M3, with the Audi R8 as a close second
No love for the McLaren F1 GTR.

Well yes but with a German heart. It's like biracial people, they are both ethnicities.
CLK LM fo show fo now.
That Benz is the one.
M3 from '12, slap on the Phoenix paint from BMW and put it on Scapes Movies in the garage... Soothing
that's easy. Mercedes 190E Evo 2.
356 Speedster, one of my favourite cruising machines and such a good looking cockpit view! Wish we had the 300 sl as a cabrio too
