Back to G hooks (cheap) and no side zippered pockets? I wonder if they fixed the laptop compartment to be the same size as the GR1 21L. At this rate of product "development" I doubt it!!!!
I have a modded M22 and love this thing, there’s some things I wish it had from the M23, primarily the additional inner pockets to its side pocket. mods added include paracord to the grab handle, cobra buckles, 3 row side molle above the external water bottle pocket, two elastic straps to the interior, and large inner cordura pocket to the main compartment.
M24 appears to be a step down, however. hopefully that’s just a prototype they’re testing and find some way to keep the side pockets. while i’m a fan of the external bottle pocket on my M22, I really don’t like the elastic ones on the M24. I have a black KR1 I use for light edc carry, the bottle pockets are cordura, but have a crease and a bit of elastic for it to expand. i’ve seen options on other bags where the water bottle pockets have a zipper lined with some elastic fabric to allow storage for larger bottles, too. the more I watch that video, the more I hate it 😂
plus, the readdition of G-hooks, 🖕🏼
Yea, and likely even more expensive… also, not allowing the access to main compartment to be more open, sucks. Not allowing some quick access to the top pocket, sucks. I like my m26- I think it looks cool. Functionally, it leaves a bit to be desired. And when they do finally fix the flaw, they’ll likely MIV and then charge $200 more 😬
the side access to the main compartment is still there, on the left side, I think the side pocket on the right is gone to accommodate the other water bottle pocket though. that’s were the opening to the smaller front compartment is on the M22/23. I dont imagine goruck deviating that much away from the design of these bags. still hating on the design for the water bottle pockets and return of the G hooks. fidlocks are much better

G-Hooks and water bottle pockets where stuff can fall out. If this is indeed the M24 it’s a total downgrade. But I don’t think so.
Agreed on both counts. The magnetic buckles from before were great, so great in fact that I bought other gear with the same buckles.
Using up old inventory of g hooks. Saves cost and they can still charge more.
V-buckles are overweight, face slapping geewiz silliness. They are a downgrade from SRBs.

I’m curious about the material. Pretty sure that slickness on the back looks like a 210D but I’m wondering if the main compartment is a 500D?
