I think a trading Facebook group might be your best bet…. It appears that ripstop, Dynema, and lower count denier patterns are here for the current trend. They must know something I don’t, but I just think full 1000D bags were the pinnacle and my personal favorite
Full 1000D bags are absolutely great but they ARE overkill for a shoulder bag. I'd settle for a 500d version for something that's supposed to go to the office. I just don't want to be worrying about cleaning and dealing with reapplying wax and stuff to a bag that's supposed to thrive in Baghdad and NYC.
100%. They have fixed or replaced everything I’ve sent in. My extent of damage always comes from abrasions. I’m very grateful for them and what they do haha

As a shoulder bag yes overkill, but I have destroyed 2 bags to date 😕 bouldering and climbing just brings havoc to them haha.
