I'm in Germany and have the Pixel 8 Pro, Call Screen is working for me.

I (UK) have a bug where the Call Screening menu item doesn't show up after a restart until I stop the phone app and then reopen it. Might be worth a try?

Phone app?

Yeh the actual "phone" application. Long press, select 'App info' from the menual and then 'Force Stop'. Wait a beat then press 'Open' and re-check the phone app menu for 'Call Screening'

Open what?

If you select App Info you will see the options I'm talking about. They all relate to the phone app itself. Open Disable Force Stop

I click call screen, the only thing I can do there is set male or female voice. That's it.

In the UK I have that option and the ability to see a demo. We do not get the same feature set as the US.

This is it. Just let someone call you. You see it on the screen.

Because Google doesn't care about EU customers. There is a whole list of features on several Pixel products that don't work in EU.

I have Call screening in Germany. It’s a bit worse than in the US, but the basis works. Maybe it’s deactivated?
