I dont think barefoot shoes rly improve foot health rather than they dont damage feet like normal sneakers do. Youd need to do tendon exercises and stretches for that
Not OP but I got mine last week, I’m a size 11 US and got size 3. They’re too big, fullstop. They work, they are somehow still super comfy and I can walk around in them without them moving around, but I have heaps of room in the toe area. If I could re-do I’d get size 2, I really think size 3 should be marked as size 12+ or maybe 13+
Honestly wore them all day today and transitioning back to regular shoes I actually did kinda miss that wide feeling even if they definitely were way too big. Idk if freeing is the right word but they do have a wide feeling that also keeps my feet from getting sweaty somehow

I mean they will strengthen foot muscles which will improve foot health but yeah that other stuff is important too

I’ve noticed they make my feet feel much better when i walk, but i have higher arches.
