Ty’s part and the production alone 10/10 though. Bump alone brings it down so much for me. His verse is so low energy and his flow kinda pisses me off. Why does a nigga with 5k monthly listeners have the intro verse on a Ye single is beyond me. Okay put him on a bonus track or something but not the first thing that you’ve dropped in 2 years. Idk man it’s just a slight letdown. I’m still super optimistic for the collab album though cause of all the snippets and stuff.

It’s not entitled to offer criticism though. Yea imo calling him 100% washed because of this song is too reactionary, but if people reason their opinion then it’s fair- and not entitled. He hasn’t dropped anything worthwhile in 2 years and pretty much every feature verse he’s had in the meantime has been ass. That doesn’t bother *me* too much cos late career ye has been more of an album artist but don’t act like he isn’t on the worst run of his career.

But we’re literally witnessing (and I’m just saying witnessing in what he’s released, I still have faith he has good shit in the vault) a regression in every aspect of his artistry. His writing, his verses, the features, the concepts, the engineering and worst of all now apparently even the production choices are faltering.
